Returns & Refund: You have a flexible, no-questions-asked return window of 7 days for all Kaypac Bags. Except those that are customised. We trust that you will return the product brand new, in its original state with no damage or loss to the product components or packaging.

Refunds on cancellations and returns will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Cancellation: If you change your mind with your purchase with us (we hope you would not), you can cancel it with a single request if the product has not left our dispatch centre. Write to us at support@kaypac.in If it has, apply for a 7 -day free return.

Gift Cards & Clearance section items: All above terms not applicable.
